It’s important to know how you are tracking with your fitness. I monitor your progress – take note of fitness, strength, muscle mass & body fat and the all-important personal bests! How else do we know if it’s working?
COACHING & SUPPORT
When life gets busy, having a scheduled session with a trainer will keep you motivated and ‘honest’ when you feel tired or demotivated - especially in these long winter months. I will strive to make each session fun and rewarding and push & keep you on track towards your goals.

Duncan is very passionate about personal training, every week he comes up with new, fun and interesting ways to train. Duncan has been inspirational and has helped me greatly with my confidence, exercise techniques and fitness levels. I have been training with Duncan through NZHIF. Duncan has taught and shared a lot with me; variations of exercise, correct techniques, muscle groups etc. Duncan is highly motivational and changed up every group session week by week, which was awesome to get exposure on a variety of training and challenging for us all. I have really enjoyed every group fitness session I have done with him, and I'm going to miss them incredibly!
