Description

Double Main Entrance Door set, "French Door" style with both doors hinged to open the full width of the doorway (1552mm excl hinges) to allow easy movement of large furnishings, beds, etc. in and out.

The doors are each 776mm wide and 2000mm high and were installed new with the house in 1997.

These doors are solid timber with double glazed, frosted glass panes as shown.

The current colours are acrylic Dark Green exterior and One Quarter Thorndon Cream interior, but could easily be stripped back for repainting to colours of your choice.

The RH door (viewed from outside) is held closed for normal day-to-day use by recessed latches top and bottom (see photos).

The main LH door (viewed from outside) has both Yale type and deadlocks fitted and a solid brass "door knocker" is fitted to th RH "fixed" door.
